Poker Box Pro receives an instant notification through the live alerts dashboard with very detailed information about the event and the players involved. Depending on the nature of the alert, its priority and urgency, it is either immediately accepted by the group member for full review / investigations, or, if it is not urgent, remains under consideration, to be picked up later according to their daily workflow and internal procedures.

Some alerts have a very high fraud rate with minimal false positives, and their verification takes little time, because usually the evidence presented is enough for an instant ban. However, there are certain types of warnings, which require a thorough and extended investigation and may lead to the discovery of more organized fraud syndicates.
